The Evangelism Field School serves as a management organization with Caroline Pitout as a full-time Evangelist, for the following initiatives:
 

Evangelism Initiatives: To Proclaim Jesus to the unsaved in Africa and to mobilize the local church to win souls by hosting outreaches as a vehicle to Evangelise.
 

Accredited Training of Evangelists: The training will equip Evangelists with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective ministry. The training will focus on educational accreditation and recognition by relevant authorities.
 

Church Planting Initiatives: Support and establishment of new Church plants in areas where there is a need for church growth.
 

Church Construction Initiatives: Supply and assistance of a physical Church structure for new or existing Churches.
 

Community Upliftment: Through acts of mercy and spiritual support as the need arises (e.g. Covid, Floods, etc.).
 

Partnerships with NPOs and Para-Church organizations:

Caroline and her team are involved with numerous non-profit organizations. The partnership's purpose is to serve and extend the Kingdom of God on earth.

Statement of Faith: The Evangelism Field School aligns itself with the Apostles Creed.
